But never ever we would make the special from spoiled ingredients. 

Loyalty programs. It is quite prestigious to be a VIP (very important person) in the hospitality industry, especially in restaurants and bars. We allow our guests become a member of our loyalty program. It is in a form of a plastic card that gives either discounts or points (10 points=1 CZKn) for our products. What type of loyalty program we have depended on our customers' wants. We have made a survey to make sure what our guests prefer more.

Trends have a significant impact on businesses. To move with the times you should identify new trends and act immediately. The latest trends concerning hospitality industry are pleasant and nice.

Happy hours. What does it actually mean? Happy hour is a marketing term for a time when venue (such as a restaurant, bar, bowling alley, stadium, state fair, or county fair) offers discounts on alcoholic drinks or meals. Free appetizers and discounted menu items are often served during happy hour. In Back to Childhood Hotel the happy hours are going to take place in a restaurant from 18.00 to 20.00. If customer orders alcohol, he gets the appetizer for free.
There are some reasons to give a free appetizer instead of getting a discount for alcohol, as it can be done in many different venues. First of all, it is made not to allow guests become too drunk. Secondly, if customer got a discount on alcohol, he would order more glasses of it. It is a perk but more important to increase probability that guest is not too drunk because handling with a drunk customer causes a lot of problems. And last but not least, happy hours are from 18.00 to 20.00 to attract more clients when it is the low level of visits.
